    Design, development, QA and App Store launch. Paid 40% at start, 40% at beta, 20% at launch.

    Care plan: updates, OS releases, monitoring and fixes. Growth plan from $2.5k/mo adds new features every month.

Prices in US dollars, excluding taxes. Third-party costs (app store fees, hosting, AI usage) are passed through at cost.

Per-user and platform-wide limits, a shared answer cache, and an alert before anything gets expensive.

Server-side paywalls

Access is checked on the server, so nobody unlocks premium features by tampering with the app.

Questions buyers ask us

You're in India. How does the time difference work?
Gulf clients: we overlap your whole working day (India is 1.5–2.5 hours ahead). Australia: your afternoon is our morning. Caribbean: you get a written update every day and calls in your evening. Everyone gets a working demo every week.
Who owns the code?
You do, fully. It lives in your GitHub and your cloud accounts from day one, with documentation and a handover at the end.
Why fixed price? What if we need changes?
The paid audit produces a written scope, and the build is quoted against it. If you want something new, we quote it before building it, so there are never surprise invoices. If we miss a milestone date through our own delay, that milestone is 10% off.
How do payments work?
The audit is paid up front and credited in full toward your build. The build is paid 40% at the start, 40% at beta, and 20% at launch. After launch you choose a Care plan (from $400/mo) or a Growth plan (from $2.5k/mo), or neither.
Why are you cheaper than local agencies?
We're a small senior team without agency overheads, working from India across your time zone. You get senior engineering, fixed prices and milestone dates in the contract, without paying for an account-management layer.
What will the AI cost me to run?
We estimate it in the audit and build in hard spending caps, written into the contract. AI usage is passed through at cost with no markup. On BrightMinds the worst case is under $1 per student per month.
What if you're unavailable?
We work with a small senior bench (design, QA and backend specialists), and every project is documented so another engineer can pick it up.
Do you only build in Flutter?
Mostly, because one Flutter codebase gives you iOS, Android and web together. If another stack suits your project better, we'll say so in the audit.
