FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Can students practise with our own questions and notes?
Yes. Your team uploads material from the admin console, and the AI tutor's Explain, Exam focus and Quiz me modes work from the page the student is reading. If you have a question bank, we can build practice around it. We scope that in the audit.
Will the AI give students wrong answers?
It answers from your material, not the open internet, which keeps it on your syllabus. Every AI request is logged, so your team can see how it's being used.
Big brands already have apps. Why would students use ours?
Because it's your teaching, your notes and your teachers' approach, in your brand. Students already trust you, so the app keeps them practising with you between classes instead of on someone else's platform.
Can students pay in our local currency?
Yes. Subscriptions run through the App Store and Google Play in local currency, and we've integrated local mobile money before (MMG in Guyana). We confirm your payment options in the audit.
We're a single centre. Is a custom build overkill?
Often, yes. The Launch plan gives you a branded app with AI study help for a small setup fee and a monthly plan. The free app check tells you which option fits.
What will the AI cost me to run?
We estimate it in the audit and build in hard spending caps, written into the contract. AI usage is passed through at cost with no markup. On BrightMinds the worst case is under $1 per student per month.
Why fixed price? What if we need changes?
The paid audit produces a written scope, and the build is quoted against it. If you want something new, we quote it before building it, so there are never surprise invoices. If we miss a milestone date through our own delay, that milestone is 10% off.
You're in India. How does the time difference work?
Gulf clients: we overlap your whole working day (India is 1.5–2.5 hours ahead). Australia: your afternoon is our morning. Caribbean: you get a written update every day and calls in your evening. Everyone gets a working demo every week.
