Questions buyers ask us

Can we use the PDFs and notes we already have?
Yes. That's how BrightMinds works: the team uploads PDFs from the admin console and the AI tutor reads each page.
Will the app work in Arabic?
Yes. Flutter supports right-to-left layouts and Arabic text, so the app can be bilingual.
Is the AI safe to put in front of students?
The tutor answers from the page the student is reading, so it stays on your syllabus. Every AI request is logged, so you can see how students use it.
We're a small centre. Is there something for us?
Yes: the Launch plan gives you your own branded app with AI Help for a small setup fee and a monthly plan, without a custom build. It's in early access now.
What will the AI cost me to run?
We estimate it in the audit and build in hard spending caps, written into the contract. AI usage is passed through at cost with no markup. On BrightMinds the worst case is under $1 per student per month.
Why fixed price? What if we need changes?
The paid audit produces a written scope, and the build is quoted against it. If you want something new, we quote it before building it, so there are never surprise invoices. If we miss a milestone date through our own delay, that milestone is 10% off.
How do payments work?
The audit is paid up front and credited in full toward your build. The build is paid 40% at the start, 40% at beta, and 20% at launch. After launch you choose a Care plan (from $400/mo) or a Growth plan (from $2.5k/mo), or neither.
You're in India. How does the time difference work?
Gulf clients: we overlap your whole working day (India is 1.5–2.5 hours ahead). Australia: your afternoon is our morning. Caribbean: you get a written update every day and calls in your evening. Everyone gets a working demo every week.
